Sliding scale
A sliding scale is available. If cost is in your way, let Lorraine know during the free consultation and she will discuss sliding scale eligibility with you.

Cash or e-transfer.
Insurance
Many extended health plans cover sessions with a Registered Social Worker. Check your own plan, and ask Lorraine for a receipt you can submit.
Changing or cancelling an appointment
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please let Lorraine know as early as you can so the time can be offered to someone else. She will go over her cancellation policy with you when you book.
