There are two ways to start. If you are not sure yet, begin with the free consultation. It is a short call, there is no cost, and there is no obligation to carry on.
Free 15-minute consultation
A short call by video or phone to talk about what is going on for you and whether working together makes sense. Lorraine will call you at the number you give below.
Counselling session
A full session, 60 minutes. In person in White Rock or Surrey, or by video or phone, whichever suits you. Lorraine will confirm the arrangement by email once you have booked.
If you need to change an appointment
Please let Lorraine know as early as you can so the time can be offered to someone else.
If you need help right now
This website is not a crisis service. If you are in distress and need to speak to someone today, the Fraser Health Crisis Line is open 24 hours a day, every day: 604-951-8855 or toll free 1-877-820-7444.
If you are having thoughts of suicide, or you are worried about someone else, call or text 9-8-8 at any time.
If there is immediate danger, call 9-1-1.
