Services

Counselling and coaching for adults of all ages. In person in White Rock and Surrey, or by video or phone anywhere in British Columbia.

Main areas of practice

Anxiety

When feelings of fear and worry are excessive and out of proportion to the situation and the mind will not switch off, with intrusive thoughts, increased heart rate, trouble breathing and sleeping and similar difficulties.

Depression

Flatness, exhaustion, persistent feelings of sadness, emptiness, and a loss of interest or pleasure in daily activities and often includes a sense of guilt or shame that it’s your fault.

Trauma and PTSD

Trauma is not what happened to you, it’s what happened inside of you because of what happened to you. Post traumatic stress can be intrusive memories, avoidance, negative changes in thinking and mood and in physical and emotional reactions.
