About therapy
Healing is becoming whole
Much of the work is reconnecting with yourself, rather than managing yourself more efficiently.
Escape is a way of coping with Trauma
Escaping is the most common way of avoiding emotional pain. The ways we try to escape often become the problems we come to therapy about.
The root, not the symptom
Unresolved trauma is still an under-explored risk factor in both mental and physical health.
I will encourage you to extend the most generous possible interpretations to your words, intentions and actions. My approach is designed to provide the healing environment that is needed for the next steps on your journey.
